Another part of PLDT Subictel’s Say It With A Billboard event, the creative assets for the smaller billboards spread all throughout Subic served as installation ads that contained “hugot lines”. The aim was to capture PLDT Subictel’s target market by using trending topics during that time and tickle their curiosity, and hype the event within the 6-week timeline.
